'Sarang(舍廊)chae' which literally means for 'independent house or building for visitors' in front of Chengwadae (The Presidential House of the Republic of Korea) re-open to the public on 27th May 2014 after remodeling.
With capacity of 4116㎡ (three story building), it is composed of Korean cultural exhibition hall, theme hall, gift shop and rest place for the visitors. One of the most interesting facilities is 'Korean Food Experience Hall'. Visitors can make Korean food at the venue, and they are able to enjoy testing Korean food on the spot, too.
All services are free of charge. This facility runs by Korea Tourism Organization from March this year. Every Monday is closed.
