New hotel booking system set to go online in Indonesia
A new online company, ticktab.com, says its planned launch on Nov. 22 will see it become Indonesia’s first real-time online hotel booking website.
“This website is designed with customers in mind. It is an answer to some of the common online issues that people encounter when making online hotel reservations,” CEO Anton Toha said Friday.
The website, he said, would allow online customers to browse various hotels across Indonesia and also book reservations through a secure site with friendly customer service.
Anton added that the new service had many advantages, including its flexible payment options.
“Customers can pay with credit card, selected debit cards and internet banking. They can even pay in installments,” he said.
Anton said ticktab.com had already teamed up with 200 hotels since its establishment in early 2011.
